Lauren Cooper works as a strength and conditioning intern at Villanova Athletics, joining the staff in August of 2025.
Prior to Villanova, Cooper spent time as a strength and conditioning graduate assistant at Fairleigh Dickinson while pursuing a masters in sports management. Previously, Lauren worked as a strength and field hockey coach at her alma mater St. Thomas Aquinas, as well as an S&C intern at Pace University and a personal trainer in New Jersey.
Cooper earned an exercise science degree in May of 2022 at St. Thomas Aquinas, where she was also the captain of the field hockey team. While playing at STAC, she was named to the 2019 all-championship team, an NFHCA senior team selection and a 2021 all-conference second team member.
