Villanova Univeristy Athletics

Lauren Conroy is the Coordinator of Facilities, a position she's held since August 2023. Conroy serves as the gameday contact for volleyball and softball.

Lauren came to Villanova in 2022 as an intern in facilities and operations, overseeing game management, facility set-up and scheduling for home volleyball and softball events. In this role, she also managed a staff of 40 student workers and worked major campus and NCAA events like Hoops Mania and the BIG EAST Track & Field Championships.

Prior to joining VU, Conroy spent time as a special events staff member and summer facility manager for The College of New Jersey, assisting in preparation and execution of game day operations.

Conroy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies in May 2022 from TCNJ, where she also played five years of Division III softball. Throughout her career, Lauren received All-American and Conference Rookie of the Year honors in addition to four First Team All-Conference nods.
