2020: Competed in both the triple jump and the long jump during the season ... Earned All-BIG EAST honors in the triple jump ... Appeared at six meets overall; Wesley A. Brown Invitational (1/12): Tallied a victory in the first meet of the season with a first place finish in the triple jump and a season-best mark of 11.71 meters at Navy; Dr. Sander Invitational/Columbia Challenge (1/24-1/25): Recorded a mark of 4.95 meters in the long jump on the first night of the meet and came back the next day with a triple jump of 11.38 meters; Villanova Invitational (2/1): Came in fifth in the triple jump with a mark of 11.32 meters and was ninth in the long jump with a season-best mark of 5.18 meters at the Wildcats home meet; Sykes & Sabock Challenge (2/8): Recorded a triople jump of 11.07 meters at Penn State; FastTrack National Invitational (2/14): Competed in the triple jump and posted a mark of 10.77 meters; BIG EAST Championships (3/2): Came in third in the triple jump with a mark of 11.45 meters ... Garnered her second career All-BIG EAST honor and first indoors ... Her team points contributed to the Wildcats winning their third consecutive indoor conference title.

2019: Recorded a personal best mark in the triple jump during the BIG EAST Championships to cap off a successful indoor campaign ... Competed in both the long jump and the triple jump at five meets during the year; Wesley A. Brown Invitational (1/12): Came in seventh in the triple jump with a distance of 10.53 meters and was 10th in the long jump with a mark of 5.12 meters at the season's first meet; Gotham Cup (1/18): Posted marks of 5.04 meters in the long jump and 10.98 meters in the triple jump, placing 13th in each event; Dr. Sander Invitational/Columbia Challenge (1/25-1/26): Tallied a long jump of 5.12 meters and measured a triple jump of 10.87 meters; FastTrack National Invitational (2/8): Came in fourth in the long jump with a mark of 5.28 meters and was 12th in the triple jump with a distance of 11.23 meters; BIG EAST Championships (2/22-2/23): Produced the top two individual BIG EAST finishes of her career at the conference meet, where she finished fourth in the long jump and fifth in the triple jump ... Scored nine points total towards Villanova winning the BIG EAST team title for the record 16th time ... Set a personal best mark of 11.50 meters  in the triple jump on the final day of the meet ... Also recorded a season-best mark of 5.40 meters on the opening day of the championships.

2018: Competed seven times during the season and scored a team point in the triple jump at the BIG EAST Championships; Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/2): Came in third in the triple jump with a mark of 10.98 meters and was ninth in the long jump with a measurement of 5.02 meters at the season opener; Nittany Lion Challenge (1/13): Tallied marks of 5.07 meters in the long jump and 10.60 meters in the triple jump; Penn 8-Team Select (1/20): Finished eighth in the triple jump (10.76m) and 10th in the long jump (5.01m); Columbia Challenge (1/26): Competed in the unseeded section of the triple jump and posted a mark of 10.73 meters; Villanova Invitational (2/3): Finished eighth in both the long jump (5.12m) and the triple jump (10.71m) at the Wildcats home meet; FastTrack National Invite (2/9): Recorded a season-best long jump of 5.16 meters and finished 18th in the invitational section of the event; BIG EAST Championships (2/23-2/24): Came in 12th in the long jump with a distance of 5.12 meters on the first day of the conference meet ... Came back the next day and scored in the triple jump, finishing eighth with a mark of 10.96 meters.

2017: Recorded a personal best mark in the triple jump and scored at the BIG EAST Championships in the long jump during the indoor campaign ... Competed at a total of six meets during the season; Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/3): Came in fourth in both the long jump and the triple jump in her collegiate debut ... Measured a long jump of 5.30 meters and a mark of 10.72 meters in the triple jump; Nittany Lion Challenge (1/14): Registered a personal best mark of 11.32 meters in the triple jump and tallied a 10th place finish ... Also tied for a 13th place finish in the long jump with a distance of 5.12 meters; Gotham Cup (1/20): Placed sixth in the long jump and had a season-best mark of 5.55 meters; Villanova Invitational (2/4): Recorded marks of 4.89 meters in the long jump and 10.92 meters in the triple jump; FastTrack National Invitational (2/10): Competed in the invitational section of the long jump and came in 10th with a distance of 5.30 meters; BIG EAST Championships (2/24): Made her BIG EAST debut and scored a team point in the long jump with a mark of 5.31 meters.

2019: Earned All-BIG EAST honors in the triple jump and also scored at the conference meet in the long jump ... Contributed a total of 11 team points as Villanova won the BIG EAST title and finished its second straight conference "triple crown" with championships in cross country, indoor track & field and outdoor track & field ... Saw action at a total of six meets during the year, competing six times in the triple jump and four times in the long jump; Penn Challenge (3/23): Opened the outdoor campaign by winning the triple jump with a mark of 11.78 meters and coming in sixth in the long jump with a distance of 5.50 meters; Sam Howell Invitational (4/6): Runner-up in the triple jump with a personal best mark of 11.86 meters ... Her performance marked the third straight meet in which she extended her top mark in the triple jump ... The stretch began at the indoor BIG EAST Championships and continued with her outdoor season debut prior to recording the current mark; Hurricane Alumni Invitational (4/13): Came in ninth in the long jump with a season-best mark of 5.52 meters and was also 10th in the triple jump with a distance of 11.50 meters; Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20): Finished third in the long jump (5.45m) and sixth in the triple jump (11.64m) at Princeton; Penn Relays (4/26): Competed in the college section of the triple jump and came in 17th in her section with a mark of 11.45 meters; BIG EAST Championships (5/10-5/11): Came in third in the triple jump with a mark of 11.76 meters to earn her first career All-BIG EAST honor ... Also came in fourth in the long jump with a measurement of 5.50 meters at the conference meet.

2018: Competed in both the long jump and the triple jump during the season, and scored in the latter event at the BIG EAST Championships ... Appeared at a total of six meets; Penn Challenge (3/24): Runner-up in the triple jump at the season opener with a mark of 10.60 meters; Temple Owls Invite (4/13): Finished fourth in the triple jump with a season-best mark of 11.17 meters nad was also seventh in the long jump with a measurement of 5.12 meters; Larry Ellis Invitational (4/21): Came in 12th in the triple jump with a mark of 10.83 meters; Penn Relays (4/27): Competed in the college section of the meet and recorded a triple jump of 11.05 meters; Lions Invitational (4/28): Runner-up in the long jump with a season-best mark of 5.22 meters; BIG EAST Championships (5/11-5/12): Opened the conference meet with a 13th place finish in the long jump, in which she had a mark of 4.79 meters ... Scored in the triple jump the next day, placing seventh with a measurement of 10.96 meters to score team points towards the Wildcats winning the team title and completing an academic year "triple crown" with conference championships in cross country, indoor track & field and outdoor track & field.

2017: Competed at five meets during the season ... Scored individually in the triple jump at the BIG EAST Championships and also was a part of the Villanova lineup in the 4x100 meter relay; Penn Challenge (3/25): Opened the outdoor campaign by finishing fifth in the long jump with a mark of 5.10 meters; Colonial Relays (3/31-4/1): Finished seventh in the university section of the long jump with a distance of 5.11 meters and also registered a mark of 10.36 meters in the triple jump; Penn Relays (4/27): Tallied a season-best mark of 5.38 meters in the long jump while competing in the college section of the event at the world's oldest and largest track & field meet; Lions Invitational (4/29): Came in seventh in the long jump with a mark of 5.16 meters; BIG EAST Championships (5/12-5/13): Anchored the 4x100 meter relay squad to a fourth place finish with a time of 48.70 ... Also scored in the triple jump, in which she came in seventh with a season-best measurement of 11.05 meters ... Came in 12th in the long jump with a distance of 5.02 meters.

East Brunswick High School: Earned a total of six varsity letters in track & field while competing indoors and outdoors in the sprints, jumps and throws … Also played basketball as a freshman and a sophomore … Was the GMC champion in the long jump as a senior … Earned All-GMC and All-Red Division teams as both a junior and a senior … School record holder in both the long jump (5.56m) and the triple jump (11.26m) … Also was part of a school record performance in the 4x100 meter relay, as well as in long jump and triple jump relays … Competed at the New Balance Nationals as a sophomore, junior and senior in the long jump, 4x100 meter relay and sprint medley relay … Was a GMC Scholar-Athlete and was presented with a Presidential Scholar Award as a senior in 2016 … Achieved Honor Roll status academically all four years.
