2012 Outdoor: Ran the second leg of the distance medley relay to help Villanova capture a Championship of America title at the Penn Relays ... Ran a career best split of 52.80 in her leg of the DMR ... Had a successful season individually and qualified for the NCAA East Regional in the 400 meters ... Recorded a personal best open race time of 53.28 in the national first round at the regional meet and automatically advanced to the quarterfinals ... Placed seventh in her heat and 21st overall in the national quarterfinals (53.94) ... Finished fourth in the finals at the BIG EAST Championships with a time of 53.93 ... Had the fastest time in the preliminary heats and her mark of 53.56 was a then-personal best ... Came in ninth in the finals fo the 400 meters individually ... In the preliminary heats at the BIG EAST meet had the second fastest time (55.02) in the field ... Came in 20th at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational with a time of 55.59 ... Ran the second leg (400 meters) of the distance medley relay at the New Balance meet as the Wildcats placed fourth.

2011 Outdoor: Finished in seventh place at the BIG EAST Championships in the 400 meters ... Earlier in the season ran a personal best and BIG EAST leading time of 53.70 at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational and was the runner-up in the event ... Won the 400 meters at the Mason Spring Invitational (54.64) ... Placed fourth in the 200 meters at the 46th Colonial Relays ... Ran a leg of the distance medley relay at the Penn Relays as well as on the 4x400 meter relay squad at the NCAA East Regional.

2011 Indoor: Ran a very strong 400 meters leg on the Villanova distance medley relay squad at the NCAA Championships and helped the Wildcats capture their second national title in the event ... Her split of 53.73 in the relay was a personal best and put Villanova in good position to win the race when she handed the baton off ... Finished as the runner-up in the 400 meters at the BIG EAST Championships with a time of 55.06 in the finals ... During the season finished fourth in the 400 meters at the Albany Great Dane Invitational, 12th at the NYRR II meet and 34th at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational ... Finished 11th in the 60 meters (7.91) at the NYRR I meet ... Anchored the 4x400 meter relay at the BIG EAST Championships, where the Wildcats finished in fourth place and turned in a season-best time of 3:44.07 ... Led off the 4x400 relay at the NYRR II meet and helped Villanova to a first place finish (3:47.33).

2010 Outdoor: Competed at the BIG EAST Championships in the 400 meters ... Came in seventh in her heat of the 400 meters at the Colonial Relays ... Was the second collegiate runner across the finish line in the 400 meters at the Miami Hurricane Invitational ... Won both the 200 meters and the 400 meters at the Widener Invitational ... Ran the 400 meter leg on the third place distance medley relay at the Penn Relays.

2010 Indoor: Earned All-America honors for running the 400 meter leg of the distance medley relay at the NCAA Championships, where Villanova finished in fourth place ... Also received individual All-BIG EAST honors for a third place finish in the 400 meters at the BIG EAST Championships ... Ran on the 4x400 meter relay at the conference meet as the Wildcats finished in fourth place ... Won both the 55 meters and the 300 meters at the Jack Pyrah Invitational ... Placed second in her heat of the 200 meters and also helped lead Villanova to a runner-up finish in the 4x400 meter relay at the Penn State Relays ... Won the 400 meters at the NYRR I meet ... Came in first in her heat of the 200 meters and second in her heat of the 400 meters at the Albany Great Dane Invitational ... 2009 Outdoor: Was a part of the 4x400 meter relay team that finished third at the BIG EAST Championships to earn All-BIG EAST honors ... The relay squad also finished seventh at the ECAC Championship and won its heat at the NCAA East Regional ... Individually, ran the 200 meters at the BIG EAST Championships and finished sixth in her preliminary heat ... Came in second in the 200 meters and third in the 400 meters at the Danny Curran Invitational ... Placed sixth in her heat of the 400 meters at the Widener Invitational.

2009 Indoor: Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships and finished fourth in her preliminary heat ... Came in fifth in her heat of the 55 meter dash and first in her heat of the 300 meters at the Jack Pyrah Invitational ... Finished fourth in the 60 meter dash and second in her heat of the 300 meters at the Penn State Relays ... Placed third in her heat of the 200 meters at the Albany Great Dane Invitational and first in her heat at the Penn State National ... Took second place in her heat of the 200 meters at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational.

Baldwin Senior High School: Three-time team MVP who was the top ranked runner in the nation in the 300 meters in 2007 ... Two-time second place finisher in the 200 meters at the New York State Meet ... Placed third in the 400 meters at the outdoor state meet with a time of 55.85 ... Named the Armory Athlete of the Week.
