2022: Ran seven races in the 60 meters during the season and competed in the event at the BIG EAST Championships; Penn 10-Team Select (1/15): Opened the season by posting a time of 7.14 and finishing ninth in the preliminary heats … The time wound up being a season-best which he would match one other time during the year; Villanova Invitational (1/22): In a Wildcats home meet in Staten Island, N.Y. advanced to the final of the 60 meters … Placed seventh in the final in 7.17 after ranking eighth in the preliminary round in 7.16; Columbia Challenge (2/4): Recorded a time of 7.19 in the preliminary heats of the 60 meters; Rutgers Open (2/11-2/12): Advanced from the preliminary heats to the semifinal round of the 60 meters … Matched his season-best time of 7.14 in the prelims to place 14^th overall … Moved up a spot to 13^th in the semifinal round with a time of 7.25; BIG EAST Championships (2/25): Posted a time of 7.19 in the 60 meters and finished in 13^th place in the preliminary heats at the conference championships.

2021: Saw his only action of the season in the Wildcats dual meet against Army West Point; Army West Point (2/6): Advanced to the final of the 60 meters and also competed in the 200 meters at Army West Point ... Posted times of 7.19 in the preliminaries and 7.15 in the final of the 60 meters, finishing fifth in each round ... Tallied a time of 22.99 to finish in third place in the 200 meters.

2020: Competed at five meets during the season and ran in the 60 meters and the 200 meters at the BIG EAST Championships; Wesley A. Brown Invitational (1/18): Made his collegiate debut at Navy and competed in both the 60 meters and the 200 meters ... Came in eighth in the 200 meters in 22.49 and ran the 60 meters in 7.12; Villanova Invitational (2/1): Came in 10th in the preliminary heats of the 60 meters with a time of 7.11 at the Wildcats home meet; Sykes & Sabock Challenge (2/8): Recorded a time of 7.07 in the preliminary heats of the 60 meters at Penn State; FastTrack National Invitational (2/14): Posted times of 7.08 in the 60 meters and 22.30 in the 200 meters in the invitational sections of each event; BIG EAST Championships (3/1): Tallied season best times in each of his events at the conference meet ... Placed ninth overall in the preliminaries of both the 60 meters (7.04) and the 200 meters (22.25).
 

OUTDOOR

2021: Competed at two meets in his first collegiate outdoor season … Ran the 100 meters and the 200 meters during the year; Penn Challenge (3/27): Finished fifth in the 100 meters with a time of 11.27 and placed eighth in the 200 meters in 22.50 in his first collegiate outdoor meet; Temple Invite (4/9): Came in fourth in the 100 meters with a season-best time of 11.16.
 

BEFORE VILLANOVA

Gilmour Academy: Earned four varsity letters in track & field and was also a wide receiver on the football team … Part of a track & field team that won a district championship his senior year and finished as the district runner-up his freshman and junior seasons … Four-time state qualifier in the sprints … Eight-time individual district champion, including four straight years in both the 100 meters and the 200 meters … Part of a 4x100 meter relay squad which won a state title his senior year … Three-time News Herald first team performer … School record holder in the 60 meters (6.96) and the 100 meters (10.75), in addition to being part of a 4x100 relay squad which holds the school record with a time of 43.60 … Was his team’s Sprint MVP all four years of his scholastic career … As a junior was a recipient of the Lancer Leadership Award … Presented with the Mooney Trophy as his school’s Most Valuable Athlete as a senior … Earned Academic All-Ohio honors his senior year for the combination of having a GPA above a 3.5 while qualifying for the state meet … Achieved Honors status academically three times, including being named to the Highest Honors list as a senior.
 
Personal: Born 11/12/99 in Chagrin Falls, Ohio … Son of Roberta Dusek … Has given back to his local community by volunteering at the Special Olympics … Hobbies include listening to music, working out and spending time with friends … Chose to attend Villanova because it stood out for its focus on community and emphasis on personal growth … Noted that Villanova prepares students for the rest of their lives and teaches a multitude of topics … Biology major.
