Wesley A. Brown Invitational (1/18): Came in ninth in the 400 meters at Navy in his season debut, posting a time of 51.21;
Dr. Sander Invitational/Columbia Challenge (1/25): Posted a time of 22.89 in the 200 meters;
Sykes & Sabock Challenge (2/8): Competed in both the 200 meters and the 400 meters at Penn State, registering season best times in each event ... Came in 10th in the 200 meters with a time of 22.26 and placed 13th in the 400 meters in 50.04;
FastTrack National Invitational (2/14): Recorded a time of 50.06 in the 400 meters and finished 13th in the invitational section of the event;
BIG EAST Championships (3/1): Competed in the preliminary heats of the 200 meters at the conference meet and finished 10th overall with a time of 22.29.
2019: Competed at five meets during the season ... Earned All-BIG EAST honors in the 4x400 meter relay while scoring individually in the 200 meters at the BIG EAST Championships;
Wesley A. Brown Invitational (1/12): Led off the 4x400 meter relay for a team that came in third with a time of 3:17.72 ... Posted a split of 50.35 on the leadoff leg of the race ... Also tallied a seventh place finish in the 500 meters with a time of 1:06.44 at the season opener;
Dr. Sander Invitational/Columbia Challenge (1/26): Tallied a time of 50.28 in the 400 meters;
Villanova Invitational (2/2): Doubled up in the 200 meters and the 400 meters at the Wildcats home meet, and recorded season-best times in both events ... Came in eighth in the 200 meters in 22.24 and was 11th in the 400 meters in 50.10;
FastTrack National Invitational (2/8): Ran in the invitational sections of the 200 meters and the 400 meters, recording times of 22.33 and 50.39 in the two races;
BIG EAST Championships (2/22-2/23): Scored a team point in the 800 meters and was part of a 4x400 meter relay which came in third, helping Villanova to win its fifth BIG EAST team title in the last six years ... Led off the 4x400 relay for a team which posted a time of 3:14.53 ... Placed eighth in the final of the 200 meters with a time of 22.41 ... Had also been eighth overall in 22.26 in the preliminary heats a day earlier.
2018: Contributed to Villanova winning the BIG EAST title by running a leg of the conference champion 4x400 meter relay, in addition to scoring individually at the BIG EAST meet in the 200 meters; Competed at six meets during the indoor season;
Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/2): Made his collegiate debut by finishing seventh in the 500 meters with a time of 1:06.20 and leading off the 4x400 meter relay in which Villanova came in third with a time of 3:24.79;
Nittany Lion Challenge (1/13): Finished 11th in the 300 meters in 35.75 and ran the second leg of the 4x400 relay for a team that came in third with a time of 3:13.38;
Columbia Challenge (1/27): Competed in the seeded section of the 400 meters and finished 21st overall with a time of 50.51 ... Also ran the third leg of the 4x400 relay and helped Villanova finish third with a time of 3:15.98;
Villanova Invitational (2/3): Ran the 200 meters and the 400 meters in addition to the 4x400 meter relay at the Wildcats home meet ... Came in fourth in the 200 meters with a time of 22.10 and was fifth in the 400 meters in 49.13 ... Led off the 4x400 relay, with Villanova coming in third in the race with a time of 3:18.68;
FastTrack National Invite (2/9): Came in 11th in the invitational section of the 200 meters (22.16);
BIG EAST Championships (2/23-2/24): Led off the 4x400 meter relay with a split of 48.98 and helped Villanova win the BIG EAST title in the relay with a winning time of 3:12.84; Came in fourth individually in both the preliminary heats and the final of the 200 meters ... Posted a time of 21.88 in the preliminaries and lowered the mark to 21.80 in the final ... Helped the Wildcats win their fourth indoor BIG EAST championship in the last five years.
2019: Scored individually in both the 200 meters and the 400 meters at the BIG EAST Championships in addition to running on both the 4x100 meter and the 4x400 meter relays which each finished in the top four ... Garnered All-BIG EAST honors in the 4x400 relay ... Appeared at five meets during the season, running four races in the 200 meters and five in the 400 meters in addition to being a regular team contributor in the relays;
Penn Challenge (3/23): Opened the outdoor campaign by coming in 10th in the 400 meters with a time of 50.13 at Penn;
Sam Howell Invitational (4/6): Finished 10th in the 400 meters with a time of 49.30 at Princeton and also recorded a time of 22.26 in the 200 meters;
Mason Spring Invitational (4/13): Posted times of 49.28 in the 400 meters and 22.11 in the 200 meters;
Penn Relays (4/26-4/27): Part of the Villanova lineup for both the 4x100 and the 4x400 meter relays ... Ran the third leg of the 4x100 relay which finished second in its heat and 31st overall in the preliminaries with a time of 42.43 ... Later that day led off the 4x400 relay which came in 20th overall in the preliminary heats with a time of 3:14.13 ... That finish qualified the Wildcats for the Eastern section final in the relay ... Once again led off the relay in the Eastern final as Villanova finished sixth in that race in 3:18.37;
BIG EAST Championships (5/10-5/11): Finished fourth in the 400 meters and sixth in the 200 meters individually ... Helped lead the 4x400 meter relay squad to a third place finish and All-BIG EAST honors and was part of the fourth place 4x100 meter relay team ... In all was responsible for 10.75 points towards the Wildcats winning the BIG EAST team title and finishing off an indoor-outdoor sweep of the conference meets ... In the preliminary heats on the first day of the meet ranked fifth in the 200 meters in 21.94 and fourth in the 400 meters in 48.73 ... Both times represented season bests ... On the final day of the meet came in fourth in the final of the 400 meters (49.06) and sixth in the 200 meters (22.65) ... Ran the second leg of the 4x100 relay which posted a time of 42.46 and led off the 4x400 relay which finished in 3:12.30.
2018: Earned All-BIG EAST honors in two relays and helped Villanova win a conference title in the 4x400 relay ... Also scored individually at the BIG EAST Championships with a personal best time in the 200 meters ... Competed at a total of seven meets during the outdoor campaign;
Penn Challenge (3/24): Tallied a first place finish in the 400 meters and won the race in 48.39;
Florida Relays (3/30-3/31): Led off for a Villanova lineup which competed in the preliminary heats and the final of the 4x400 meter relay ... Villanova came in fifth in the preliminaries with a time of 3:10.92 and was fourth in the final in 3:11.45 ... The time of 3:10.92 in the prelims was the Wildcats fastest 4x400 time of the year;
Temple Owls Invite (4/13): Came in fourth in the 200 meters with a time of 21.86 at the local meet;
War Eagle Invitational (4/21): Finished seventh in the 400 meters with a time of 47.70 and led off for a 4x400 relay squad which came in second with a time of 3:13.44 in a meet at Auburn;
Penn Relays (4/27-4/28): Led off the 4x400 meter relay in both the preliminary heats and in the Eastern section final ... Villanova came in 19th overall in the preliminary round with a time of 3:14.58 and lowered that mark a day later to 3:13.14 to finish runner-up in its section;
Kehoe Invitational (5/4): Came in fourth in the 400 meters (48.42);
BIG EAST Championships (5/11-5/12): Led off for the 4x400 meter relay which won a BIG EAST title with a winning time of 3:12.12 ... Also led off the 4x100 meter relay, with the Wildcats coming in third in that race with a time of 41.60 and earning All-BIG EAST honors ... Recorded a fifth place individual finish in the 200 meters ... Tallied a personal best time of 21.60 in the final after also ranking fifth in the preliminary heats with a time of 21.77.
Egg Harbor Township High School: Competed at the varsity level in track & field all four years and ran primarily in the 100 meters, the 200 meters and the 400 meters ... School record holder in the 400 meters with a time of 47.55 ... Outdoor sectional champion in both the 200 meters and the 400 meters as a senior, and also placed fifth in the 400 meters with a time of 47.74 at the Meet of Champions ... Anchored the 4x400 meter relay squad to a first place finish at the 2016 indoor Meet of Champions ... Won Cape Atlantic League titles in the 200 meters in both 2016 and 2017 ... Earned All-South Jersey honors in the 4x400 meter relay as both a junior and a senior, as well as in the multi events his senior year ... Also played two years of varsity soccer as a center defender ... Varsity Scholar academically in 2015.

Brother, Rashon, played college basketball at Arcadia and graduated in 2013 ... Enjoys writing in his spare time, along with superhero movies and spending time with family and friends ...
