2017: Columbia: Was a scoring runner for the Lions in three of his five starts during the year, including at both the Ivy League meet and the NCAA Northeast Regional; Iona Meet of Champions (9/15): Came in 14th overall at the first meet of the season and recorded a time of 26:24.6 over 8000 meters; Sam Bell Invitational (9/30): Finished fourth on the team and 17th overall at the Indiana meet ... Covered the 8000 meter course in 25:09.0; Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational (10/13): Posted a time of 26:34.2 in an elite field of teams at the Wisconsin meet; Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (10/27): Was the fifth scoring runner for Columbia at the conference meet ... 2015: Raced three times during his rookie cross country season; Metropolitan Championships (10/9): Led the team with a 10th place finish and a time of 27 minutes flat over five miles in his collegiate debut; Leopard Invitational (10/17): Came in ninth overall and fifth in the team lineup with a time of 25:55.2 over 8000 meters at Lafayette; IC4A Championship (11/21): Posted a time of 26:04.8 to come in 22nd overall.

Posted a time of 4:15.73; Columbia Challenge (1/27): Recorded a time of 8:19.62 in the 3000 meters and finished 34th in the seeded section of the event; David Hemery Invite (2/10): Recorded a personal best time in the 3000 meters and crossed the finish line in 8:17.47 to place 24th in the race; Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (2/24): Came in 16th in the 3000 meters at the conference meet with a time of 8:34.78.
2016: Columbia: Ran three races in the 3000 meters and one in the Mile; Dartmouth-Yale Columbia (1/23): Came in third in the 3000 meters in 8:38.81 in the meet held at Dartmouth; Ramapo College Indoor Select (1/30): Runner-up in the Mile with a then-personal best time of 4:20.13; Armory Track Invitational (2/6): Came in sixth in the college section of the 3000 meters with a time of 8:29.98; FastTrack National Invitational (2/12): Runner-up in the college section of the 3000 meters with a season-best time of 8:25.31.
2019: Penn Challenge (3/23): Competed in a 2000 meter steeplechase race at the outdoor season opener and came in fifth with a time of 6:16.84; BIG EAST Championships (5/10): Came in 11th in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a time of 9:39.85.
2018: Columbia: Raced four times during the season, competing primarily in the 5000 meters; Raleigh Relays (3/30): Registered a time of 14:44.91 in the 5000 meters in his first race of the outdoor season; Ocean State Invitational (4/13): Ran the Mile at the Providence meet and finished 21st with a time of 4:15.57; Virginia Challenge (4/21): Registered a season-best time of 14:37.05 in the 5000 meters; Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (5/6): Came in 16th in the 5000 meters at the conference meet with a time of 14:46.49.
2017: Columbia: Ran two races during the outdoor campaign and competed in the 5000 meters at the Penn Relays; Larry Ellis Invitational (4/21): Posted a time of 3:57.96 in the elite section of the 1500 meters; Penn Relays (4/27): Raced in the 5000 meters on 'distance night' at the Penn Relays and recorded a time of 14:52.24.
2016: Columbia: Competed at six meets during the season and ran in both the 1500 meters and the 5000 meters; Stony Brook Quad Meet (3/24): Finished seventh in the 1500 meters season opener and recorded a time of 4:09.12; Colonial Relays (4/1): Ran in the seeded section of the 5000 meters and tallied a time of 14:53.29; Ocean State Invitational (4/15): Came in eighth in the 5000 meters in a time of 14:39.07; Larry Ellis Invitational (4/22): Ran a personal best time of 3:53.97 in the elite section of the 1500 meters; Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (5/8): Finished 14th in the 5000 meters at the conference meet with a time of 14:54.37; IC4A Championship (5/13): Set a then-personal best time of 14:38.95 in the 5000 meters and finished in 13th place overall.
