Member of the Villanova spring group from 2015-19 who was a first team All-American in 2017 as part of the team's lineup in the distance medley relay ... Five-time BIG EAST champion and 12-time All-BIG EAST performer during his career ... Won the indoor conference title in the 500 meters as a freshman in 2016 and was a four-time champion as part of Wildcats relay teams ... Part of a Penn Relays title in the distance medley relay in 2018 ... At the time of his graduation at the end of the 2019 outdoor season ranked fourth in school history in the 600 meters (1:18.44) and 10th in the 500 meters (1:02.59) ... During his collegiate career was the Finnish national champion in both the 400 meters and the 800 meters during the 2016 summer season ... Finnish National Championships: Competed at the Finnish National Championships in July 2016 and was the national champion in both the 400 meters and the 800 meters ... Produced a winning time of 47.51 in the 400 meters and a time of 1:49.60 in the 800 meters.

2019: Competed at three meets during the season ... Was an All-BIG EAST performer as part of the team's 4x400 meter relay lineup, and also scored individually at the BIG EAST Championships in the 400 meters; Wesley A. Brown Invitational (1/12): Ran the 1000 meters at the indoor season opener and recorded a time of 2:29.29 to finish in sixth place ... Also anchored the 4x400 meter relay squad to a third place finish with a time of 3:17.72 ... Recorded a split of 48.49 on the anchor leg of the relay; Dr. Sander Invitational/Columbia Challenge (1/26): Ran the 800 meters and posted a time of 1:53.96 to finish in 11th place; BIG EAST Championships (2/22-2/23): Tallied a seventh place finish in the 400 meters and was part of a 4x400 meter relay team which came in third and earned All-BIG EAST recognition at the conference meet ... Ran the third leg of the relay for a team which posted a time of 3:14.53 ... Came in seventh in the final of the 400 meters with a time of 49.63 ... Had been eighth overall in the preliminary heats when he posted a time of 49.01 ... Contributed valuable team points for Villanova, which won its fifth BIG EAST title in the last six seasons.

2018: Helped the Wildcats win the BIG EAST team title by running a leg on the conference champion 4x400 meter relay and also earning individual All-BIG EAST honors in the 800 meters; Nittany Lion Challenge (1/13): Recorded a split of 49.18 on the leadoff leg of the 4x400 meter relay and Villanova eventually placed third in the race with a time of 3:13.38; Columbia Challenge (1/27): Competed in the seeded section of the 800 meters and recorded a time of 1:52.21 ... Anchored the 4x400 meter relay squad to a third place finish with a time of 3:15.98 ... Posted a split of 49.30 on the anchor leg of the relay; Villanova Invitational (2/3): Came in seventh in the 800 meters with a time of 1:52.37 and ran the second leg of the 4x400 relay in a lineup that finished third in 3:18.68 at the Wildcats home meet; FastTrack National Invite (2/9): Came in third in the invitational section of the 800 meters (1:52.40); BIG EAST Championships (2/23-2/24): Recorded a season-best split of 48.84 on the second leg of the 4x400 meter relay ... Villanova won the conference title in the relay with a winning time of 3:12.84 ... Scored additional team points towards the Wildcats winning the team title at the BIG EAST meet by placing third in the 800 meters ... Recorded a time of 1:50.88 in the final after ranking fifth in the preliminary heats with a time of 1:54.24.

2017: First team All-American as part of the Villanova lineup in the distance medley relay ... Earned All-BIG EAST honors in the 800 meters ... Posted the fourth-fastest time in school history in the 600 meters during the year; Nittany Lion Challenge (1/14): Opened the indoor season by running in the 600 meters and the 4x400 meter relay ... Came in second in the 600 meters with a time of 1:18.44, which put him into fourth place on the Wildcats all-time performance list in the event ... Ran the third leg of the 4x400 relay in a lineup that came in fifth with a time of 3:18.09; Villanova Open (1/27): Runner-up in the 800 meters with a time of 1:50.34 and ran the second leg of the 4x400 relay as the Wildcats finished third in 3:19.32; Villanova Invitational (2/4): Tallied a first place finish in the 800 meters with a winning time of 1:50.20 ... Also helped the 4x400 relay squad register a first place finish ... Ran the second leg of the race and Villanova posted a winning time of 3:15.83; UCS Invitational (2/18): Helped the Wildcats qualify for the NCAA Championships in the distance medley relay ... Ran the 800 meter leg of the relay with a split of 1:49.69 and Villanova came in third in the race with a time of 9:37.90 ... That time was converted down to 9:30.16 based on the flat surface the race was run on; BIG EAST Championships (2/24-2/25): Runner-up in the 800 meters at the conference meet and earned All-BIG EAST honors in the event ... Came in second overall in the preliminary heats with a time of 1:53.55 and lowered the mark to 1:50.52 for a second place finish in the final; NCAA Championships (3/10): Recorded a split of 1:50.18 on the 800 meter leg of the distance medley relay in his NCAA Championships debut ... Villanova placed eighth in the race with a time of 9:39.38 and earned first team All-America honors in the DMR for the fifth time in a seven-year span.

2016: Won the BIG EAST title in the 500 meters and also earned All-BIG EAST honors as part of the Villanova lineup in the 4x400 meter relay ... Competed at  six meets during his first collegiate indoor campaign; Villanova Open (1/8): Made his collegiate debut by running the third leg of the 4x400 meter relay in a race where Villanova came in sixth with a time of 3:19.54; Great Dane Classic (1/16): Came in third in the 800 meters with a time of 1:50.71; Penn State National (1/30): Recorded an 11th place finish in the invitational section of the 800 meters (1:50.83) and ran the third leg of the 4x400 relay as part of Villanova's runner-up finish in the relay (3:14.01); Villanova Invitational (2/6): Came in ninth in the 400 meters with a time of 49.31 and ran the second leg of the 4x400 relay in a lineup that came in third with a time of 3:18.32; FastTrack National Invitational (2/12): Finished sixth in the invitational section of the 800 meters (1:50.72); BIG EAST Championships (2/26-2/27): Was the individual conference champion in the 500 meters and also anchored the 4x400 meter relay squad to a runner-up finish and All-BIG EAST honors ... Tallied the eighth BIG EAST title for the Wildcats in the 500 meters and registered a personal best time of 1:02.59 in the final ... Also paced the field of competitors with a time of 1:03.30 in the preliminary heats ... Villanova came in second in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:14.67. 

2019: Part of a BIG EAST title in the 4x800 meter relay and also competed individually in the 800 meters at the conference meet ... Ran both the 400 meters and the 800 meters during the season while competing in a total of five meets; Sam Howell Invitational (4/6): Opened the outdoor season by posting a time of 49.72 in the 400 meters and notching a 15th place finish; Mason Spring Invitational (4/13): Came in 15th in the 800 meters with a time of 1:53.04; Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20): Recorded a time of 1:55.00 in the seeded section of the 800 meters at Princeton; Penn Relays (4/26-4/27): Ran the third leg of the 4x400 meter relay in both the preliminary heats and the Eastern section final ... Had a split of 48.42 for his leg of the relay in the prelims as Villanova came in 20th overall with a time of 3:14.13 ... One day later the Wildcats placed sixth in the Eastern final with a time of 3:18.37; BIG EAST Championships (5/10-5/11): Ran the second leg of the 4x800 meter relay which finished first with a winning time of 7:26.69 ... Helped the Wildcats win the BIG EAST team title and finish off an indoor-outdoor sweep of the conference meets ... Posted a season-best time of 1:52.87 in the preliminary heats of the 800 meters and came in 11th overall in the event.

2018: Helped the Wildcats win a BIG EAST title in the 4x400 meter relay and also scored individually at the conference championships in the 800 meters ... Earned his first career Penn Relays watch as part of the Villanova lineup in the distance medley relay which won a Championship of America title ... Competed at a total of six meets during the season; Penn Challenge (3/24): Opened the outdoor season by finishing third in the 400 meters with a time of 49.37; Florida Relays (3/30-3/31): Part of the Wildcats lineup in the 4x400 meter relay during both the preliminary heats and the final of the Florida meet ... Also posted a time of 1:51.31 in the 800 meters at the meet ... Ran the second leg of the 4x400 relay in the preliminaries, where Villanova finished fifth overall and recorded a season-best time of 3:10.92 ... Ran the third leg of the relay a day later as the Wildcats placed fourth in the final with a time of 3:11.45; Colonial Relays (4/6): Crossed the finish line in 1:51.74 in the 800 meters and tallied a sixth place finish; War Eagle Invitational (4/21): Came in third in the 800 meters with a season-best time of 1:50.94 and ran the second leg of the 4x400 relay in a lineup that finished as runners-up with a time of 3:13.44; Penn Relays (4/27): Ran the 800 meter leg of the distance medley relay in 1:49.78 and helped Villanova race to a victory with a winning time of 9:34.37 ... The title in the DMR was the Wildcats record 25th all-time at the Penn Relays, and its first since 2011; BIG EAST Championships (5/11-5/12): Ran the third leg of the 4x400 meter relay and helped Villanova win the conference title in the race with a winning time of 3:12.12 ... Earned All-BIG EAST honors for being on the winning relay and also scored individually with a sixth place finish in the 800 meters ... Recorded a time of 1:52.95 and was ranked seventh overall after the preliminary heats, then moved up a spot to finish sixth in the final with a time of 1:53.60.

2017: Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary in the 800 meters for the second straight year ... Was an All-BIG EAST performer individually in the 800 meters and as part of the Villanova lineup in the 4x400 meter relay ... Competed at seven meets during the outdoor campaign; Colonial Relays (3/31): Came in seventh in the 400 meters with a time of 48.59 in his first meet of the outdoor season; Hurricane Alumni Invitational (4/8): Finished first in the 800 meters with a winning time of 1:50.81 and anchored the 4x400 meter relay squad to an eighth place finish with a time of 3:15.09; Larry Ellis Invitational (4/21): Competed in the elite section of the 800 meters and was clocked in 1:49.91 to finish in 11th place; Penn Relays (4/28-4/29): Ran legs of both the distance medley relay and the 4x800 meter relay ... Anchored the 4x800 squad to a fourth place finish and ran a split of 1:49.72 on the anchor leg of the race ... Ran the 800 meter leg of the DMR with a personal best split of 1:47.81 ... Villanova placed fifth in that race with a time of 9:34.59; Jim Kehoe Invitational (5/5): Recorded a first place finish in the 800 meters and had a winning time of 1:50.19; BIG EAST Championships (5/12-5/13): Runner-up in the 800 meters with a time of 1:54.53 in the final ... Led the field of competitors with a time of 1:50.29 in the preliminary heats a day earlier ... Ran the second leg of the 4x400 meter relay in which Villanova finished third with a time of 3:16.85 ... Earned All-BIG EAST honors in both the 800 meters and the 4x400 relay; NCAA East Preliminary (5/25-5/26): Advanced to the national quarterfinal round of the 800 meters ... Ran the second leg of the 4x400 meter relay for a lineup which came in second with a time of 3:13.31; Larry Ellis Invitational (4/22): Came in 10th in the elite section of the 800 meters with a time of 1:48.89; Penn Relays (4/29): Ran the 800 meter leg of the distance medley relay with a split of 1:49.60 ... Villanova finished fifth in the race with a time of 9:39.10; BIG EAST Championships (5/13-5/14): Anchored the 4x400 meter relay squad to a conference title with a winning time of 3:15.14 ...
