2019: Competed five times in the triple jump and four times in the long jump during the season; Wesley A. Brown Invitational (1/12): Recorded a mark of 5.10 meters in the long jump and finished ninth in the triple jump with a distance of 9.94 meters in the first meet of the season; Gotham Cup (1/18): Came in 12th in the long jump with a distance of 5.08 meters and finished 14th in the triple jump with a season-best mark of 10.69 meters; Dr. Sander Invitational/Columbia Challenge (1/25-1/26): Competed in the long jump and the first night of the meet and measured a season-best distance of 5.33 meters to notch a 12th place finish ... Had a mark of 10.06 meters in the triple jump on the second day of the meet; FastTrack National Invitational (2/8): Recorded a mark of 10.39 meters in the triple jump; BIG EAST Championships (2/22-2/23): Came in ninth in the long jump (5.19m) and 12th in the triple jump (10.20m) at the conference meet.

2018: Scored in the long jump at the BIG EAST Championships and also recorded a personal best mark in the event during the season ... Competed at six meets in all during the indoor campaign; Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/2): Opened the season with a fifth place finish in the long jump after measuring a distance of 5.16 meters; Nittany Lion Challenge (1/13): Came in 11th in the long jump with a distance of 5.21 meters; Penn 8-Team Select (1/20): Recorded a personal best mark of 5.53 meters in the long jump ... The new PR moved her into 10th place on the Wildcats all-time performance list in the long jump, as well as sixth on the program's all-time indoor list; Villanova Invitational (2/3): Finished fourth in the long jump for the second straight meet and recorded a mark of 5.43 meters; FastTrack National Invite (2/9): Finished 13th in the invitational section of the long jump (5.28m); BIG EAST Championships (2/23-2/24): Contributed team points towards the Wildcats winning the BIG EAST title ... Came in seventh in the long jump with a mark of 5.30 meters and scored for the first time in her career at the indoor conference meet ... Also tallied a ninth place finish in the triple jump with a mark of 10.76 meters.

2017: Competed twice in the long jump during the indoor season; Villanova Open (1/27): Recorded a mark of 4.98 meters and finished in 18th place at the Wildcats first home meet; Villanova Invitational (2/4): Measured a distance of 4.82 meters in the long jump.

2016: Competed primarily in the long jump at seven meets during the season; Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/5): Made her collegiate debut with a sixth place finish in the long jump, in which she had a mark of 5.17 meters; Villanova Open (1/8): Came in ninth in the long jump with a season-best distance of 5.26 meters and was also 14th in the triple jump with a mark of 10.41 meters; Great Dane Classic (1/16): Tied for 18th place in the long jump (5.17m); Gotham Cup (1/22): Registered a mark of 5.14 meters in the long jump; Villanova Invitational (2/6): Posted a 25th place finish in the long jump (4.99m); FastTrack National Invitational (2/12): Competed in the college section of the long jump and came in eighth with a mark of 5.12 meters; BIG EAST Championships (2/26): Finished ninth in the long jump (5.02m) at her first career BIG EAST meet.

2019: Made the awards podium at the BIG EAST Championships for the first time in her career with a third place finish and a personal best mark in the long jump ... Earned All-BIG EAST honors in the event and also scored in the triple jump to contribute to the Wildcats winning the conference title and finishing off their second straight BIG EAST "triple crown" with championships in cross country, indoor track & field and outdoor track & field ... Competed at five meets total during the outdoor season; Penn Challenge (3/23): Recorded a distance of 11.12 meters in the triple jump and a mark of 5.29 meters in the long jump at the first meet of the outdoor season; Sam Howell Invitational (4/6): Had a mark of 4.90 meters in the long jump; Mason Spring Invitational (4/13): Posted marks of 5.47 meters in the long jump and 10.77 meters in the triple jump; Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20): Came in 10th in the long jump with a measurement of 5.20 meters; BIG EAST Championships (5/10-5/11): Came in third in the long jump with a personal best mark of 5.60 meters to earn All-BIG EAST honors for the first time in her career ... Surpassed her previous top mark of 5.53 meters which she had recorded during the indoor season ... The new mark of 5.60 meters elevated her into a tie for eighth place on the Wildcats all-time performance list in the long jump ... Came back a day later to finish eighth in the triple jump ... Her distance of 11.16 meters was just one centimeter off of matching her lifetime best.

2018: Competed at six meets during the season, including in both the long jump and the triple jump at the BIG EAST Championships; Penn Challenge (3/24): Came in sixth in the long jump at the outdoor season opener and tallied a season-best mark of 5.34 meters; Colonial Relays (4/6): Competed in the university section of the long jump and registered a distance of 5.03 meters; Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20): Posted a mark of 5.27 meters in the long jump and notched a 17th place finish; Lions Invitational (4/28): Came in third in the triple jump with a mark of 10.64 meters and was fifth in the long jump with a measurement of 4.94 meters; BIG EAST Championships (5/11-5/12): Recorded 12th place finishes in both the long jump (4.99m) and the triple jump (10.40m) at the conference meet.

2017: Appeared at five meets during the outdoor campaign ... Registered a personal best mark in the triple jump during the year; Colonial Relays (3/31): Made her outdoor season debut with a 12th place finish and a mark of 5.01 meters in the university section of the long jump; Sam Howell Invitational (4/8): Placed 10th in the long jump with a distance of 5.25 meters; Penn Relays (4/27): Had a season-best mark of 5.32 meters in the long jump while competing in the college section of the event; Lions Invitational (4/29): Came in fourth in the triple jump and registered a personal best mark of 11.17 meters ... Also had a mark of 4.91 meters in the long jump; BIG EAST Championships (5/12-5/13): Tallied 10th place finishes in both the long jump (5.05m) and the triple jump (10.75m).

2016: Scored in the long jump at the BIG EAST Championships ... Competed in the long jump and the triple jump during the season and appeared at a total of five meets; Penn Challenge (3/26): Registered a season-best mark of 10.76 meters in the triple jump and finished seventh in the event at the outdoor season opener ... Also came in 13th in the long jump with a distance of 4.99m; Colonial Relays (4/1): Tied for 27th place in the long jump with a distance of 5.16 meters; Princeton Outdoor Invite (4/16): Came in 10th in the long jump with a measurement of 5.28 meters; Lions Invitational (4/30): Tied for ninth place in the long jump (5.13m) and came in 10th in the triple jump (10.53m); BIG EAST Championships (5/13-5/14): Scored team points at the conference meet with a season-best long jump of 5.44 meters ... Came in fifth in the long jump and ninth in the triple jump (10.56m) at the meet ... Her mark in the long jump tied her for 10th on the Wildcats all-time outdoor performance list.

Cardinal O'Hara High School: Earned a total of 11 varsity letters during her scholastic career ... Received four letters each in outdoor track & field and soccer, as well as three in indoor track & field ... Was part of a 4x400 meter relay team which had success at the Penn Relays, including winning the Catholic Schools race her sophomore year and finishing as the runner-up her junior year ... Also was part of a school record performance in the spring medley relay indoors ... Earned second team All-Delco honors outdoors as both a junior and a senior ... All-Catholic performer all four years outdoors, including receiving first team honors her sophomore through senior seasons after being a second team pick as a freshman ... Three-time first team All-Catholic honoree indoors from her sophomore through senior seasons, while also earning first team All-Delco accolades as a sophomore and a junior ... Was named the soccer team's MVP her senior year and was the team's Defensive Player of the Year in each of her first three seasons ... Garnered first team All-Catholic laurels as a senior and was a second team pick as a junior ... Added All-Delco honorable mention accolades her junior year ... Earned First Honors status academically all four years and was the recipient of the Science Award as a senior.
