CAREER COLLEGIATE RESULTS

Competed for Villanova in cross country and the middle distance events on the track from 2020-23 ... As a senior during the 2023 outdoor season was part of the 4x800 meter relay squad which set a Villanova Stadium record and won a BIG EAST title with a time of 7:17.96 ... Three-time BIG EAST champion and five-time All-BIG EAST performer on 4x800 meter relay teams ... Individually was a three-time BIG EAST scorer in the 800 meters ... Established personal best marks at every distance on the track from the 400 meters through the mile during his collegiate career ... At the time of his graduation his PR of 1:20.04 in the 600 meters ranked him fifth on the Wildcats all-time performance list and was the seventh-fastest overall time in school history in that event ... Four-time selection to both the BIG EAST All-Academic Team and the Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Hall High School: Earned a total of 12 varsity letters, including four each in cross country, indoor track & field and outdoor track & field ... Helped his team win a national championship in the sprint medley relay outdoors as a senior ... The team also set the Connecticut outdoor state record in the sprint medley relay ... Three-time scholastic All-American in the relay events, including the sprint medley relay outdoors and the distance medley relay both indoors and outdoors ... Three-time New England champion, winning an individual title in the 1000 meters indoors as well as being a part of champion 4x800 meter relay squads both indoors and outdoors ... Hall won multiple state titles indoors and outdoors during his years on the team ... Was the CT Class L individual state cross country champion as a senior ... Broke 12 school records during his career ... Ran the second-fastest indoor 800 meters all-time in New England ... Was an all-state and All-New England honoree in both cross country and on the track ... Named the All-Courant Boys Indoor Track & Field Athlete of the Year ...
