2020: Recorded the top mark of his career in the weight throw and scored in both the weight throw and the shot put at the BIG EAST Championships ... Competed at five meets on the year; Wesley A. Brown Invitational (1/18): Recorded marks of 13.35 meters in the shot put and 13.68 meters in the weight throw at Navy to open the season; Dr. Sander Invitational/Columbia Challenge (1/24-1/25): Posted a mark of 13.16 meters in the shot put and tallied a measurement of 13.69 meters in the weight throw in New York; Sykes & Sabock Challenge (2/8): Recorded a distance of 13.58 meters in the weight throw at Penn State; Princeton Invitational (2/23): Came in fourth in the weight throw at Princeton with a personal best mark of 15.03 meters ... Became the ninth athlete in school history to throw for at least 15 meters in the event and surged into ninth place on the Wildcats all-time performance list; BIG EAST Championships (3/1-3/2): Part of a throwing group that made major contributions towards Villanova winning its third straight indoor BIG EAST title ... Came in fifth in the shot put (14.01 meters) and sixth in the weight throw (14.81 meters) to score a total of nint points at the meet.

2019: Competed at five meets and recorded personal best marks in both the shot put and the weight throw during the year ... Scored a team point in the shot put at the BIG EAST Championships; Wesley A. Brown Invitational (1/12): Opened the season by recording a personal best mark of 14.35 meters in the shot put ... Cleared 14 meters for the first time in his collegiate career and registered an 11th place finish at the meet ... Also competed in the weight throw at the indoor season opener and came in 13th with a mark of 11.04 meters; Gotham Cup (1/18): Recorded distances of 12.08 meters in the weight throw and 13.16 meters in the shot put; Dr. Sander Invitational/Columbia Challenge (1/25-1/26): Came in 21st in both the shot put and the weight throw at Columbia ... Threw the shot put for a distance of 12.80 meters on the first day of the meet, then recorded a distance of 11.52 meters in the weight throw the next day; FastTrack National Invite (2/8): Posted a mark of 12.56 meters in the weight throw; BIG EAST Championships (2/22-2/23): Finished ninth in the weight throw with a personal best mark of 13.98 meters on the first day of the conference meet ... Came in eighth in the shot put the next day with a mark of 13.42 meters ... His eighth place finish scored one team point towards the Wildcats winning their fifth BIG EAST title in the last six seasons.

2018: Appeared at five meets and competed exclusively in the shot put; Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/2): Came in third in the shot put at the indoor season opener ... Threw for a distance of 13.54 meters; Penn 8-Team Select (1/20): Came in 16th in the shot put (11.97m); Columbia Challenge (1/26): Competed in the unseeded section of the meet and recorded a personal best mark of 13.99 meters in the shot put; Villanova Invitational (2/3): Came in 10th in the shot put (12.68m) at the Wildcats home meet; BIG EAST Championships (2/24): Tallied a ninth place finish in the shot put with a throw of 13.40 meters.

2017: Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/3): Made his collegiate debut and placed fourth in the shot put with a throw of 13.07 meters; Villanova Open (1/27): Came in 13th in the shot put (12.00m).

2019: Stepped up in a big way at the BIG EAST Championships and earned his first career All-BIG EAST honors with a third place finish in the discus ... Recorded personal best marks in both the hammer and the discus during the season ... Also competed twice in the shot put ... Appeared at four meets overall during the outdoor campaign; Penn Challenge (3/23): Threw the discus at the season opener and recorded a mark of 37.81 meters; Mason Spring Invitational (4/13): Recorded marks of 13.52 meters in the shot put, 41.81 meters in the discus and 38.39 meters in the hammer at the George Mason meet ... His hammer throw set a new personal best; Larry Ellis Invitational (4/20): Recorded a 14th place finish in the shot put with a throw of 13.11 meters; BIG EAST Championships (5/11): Came in third in the discus with a personal best throw of 47.42 meters ... Surpassed his previous top mark from the previous year's conference meet by nearly four meters ... Earned his first career All-BIG EAST honor and moved into the top-10 of Villanova's all-time performance list (ranked No. 8) in the discus for the first time ... His performance was a key one for the Wildcats on the second day of the meet which contributed towards Villanova winning the BIG EAST team title and securing an indoor-outdoor sweep of the conference meets.

2018: Competed four times in the shot put and three times in the discus ... Scored in both events at the BIG EAST Championships; Colonial Relays (4/6): Competed in the university section of the shot put and threw for a distance of 12.93 meters in his first outdoor meet of the year; Temple Owls Invite (4/13): Came in fifth in the discus with a throw of 43.65 meters and was sixth in the shot put with a mark of 12.60 meters; Lions Invitational (4/28): Recorded marks of 12.95 meters in the shot put and 41.33 meters in the discus; BIG EAST Championships (5/12): Recorded a personal best discus throw of 43.73 meters and came in sixth at the conference meet ... Also scored team points in the shot put, in which he finished eighth with a season-best measurement of 13.48 meters.

2017: Competed at five meets during the outdoor campaign and scored a team point in the discus at the BIG EAST Championships; Penn Challenge (3/25): At the outdoor season opener threw the shot put for 11.88 meters and the discus for 38.80 meters; Sam Howell Invitational (4/8): Came in 14th in the discus with a season-best throw of 43.15 meters; Haverford Invitational (4/26): Runner-up in the discus with a mark of 36.97 meters; Lions Invitational (4/29): Recorded a mark of 38.12 meters in the discus; BIG EAST Championships (5/13): Came in eighth in the discus and scored a team point with a mark of 40.43 meters. 

Lawrence High School: Earned three varsity letters in outdoor track & field, as well as two letters indoors … School record holder in the discus with a personal best mark of 51.54 meters … Finished seventh in the event at the New Jersey Meet of Champions … Earned all-area honors in the discus and was the Mercer County champion.
