2020: Earned the first All-BIG EAST honor of his career with a runner-up finish in the shot put at the conference championships ... Recorded personal best marks in both the shot put and the weight throw during the season while rising to seventh place on the Wildcats all-time performance list in the latter event ... Competed in both the weight throw and the shot put six times during the season;
Wesley A. Brown Invitational (1/18): Came in fifth in the shot put with a throw of 15.30 meters and recorded a mark of 13.52 meters in the weight throw in his first meet of the year;
Dr. Sander Invitational/Columbia Challenge (1/24-1/25): Recorded marks of 14.91 meters in the shot put and 13.92 meters in the weight throw at the two-day meet in New York;
Villanova Invitational (2/1): Came in fifth in the shot put and 11th in the weight throw at the Wildcats home meet ... His mark of 15.46 meters in the shot put is the best of his collegiate career ... Tallied a mark of 14.91 meters in the weight throw;
Sykes & Sabock Challenge (2/8): Recorded a personal best mark for the second straight week, this time in the weight throw as he threw for a distance of 15.51 meters ... That effort elevated him to seventh place in school history in the event ... Also recorded a throw of 13.70 meters in the shot put at Penn State;
Princeton Invitational (2/23): Came in sixth in both the shot put (14.76m) and the weight throw (14.81m) at Princeton;
BIG EAST Championships (3/1-3/2): Came in fifth in the weight throw with a measurement of 14.83 meters on the first day of the conference meet ... Runner-up in the shot put with a throw of 15.45 meters the next day to secure his first career all-conference honor ... Scored a total of 12 team points as Villanova won the BIG EAST title for the third straight year, with the efforts of the team's four throwers on the second day of the meet helping to solidify the Wildcats spot atop the team standings.

Villanova Invitational (2/2): Came in ninth in both the shot put (13.82m) and the weight throw (13.79m) at the Wildcats home meet;
BIG EAST Championships (2/22-2/23): Tallied a sixth place finish in the shot put at the conference meet, where he notched the top mark of his collegiate career with a throw of 14.01 meters ... Also came in 10th in the weight throw with a mark of 13.89 meters on the first day of the meet ... His finish in the shot put contributed team points towards Villanova winning its fifth BIG EAST title in the last six years.
2018: Scored in the shot put at the BIG EAST Championships ... Competed at five meets during the indoor season;
Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/2): Made his collegiate debut and tallied a seventh place finish in the shot put with a throw of 12.25 meters;
Penn 8-Team Select (1/20): Came in 13th in the shot put with a mark of 12.94 meters;
Columbia Challenge (1/26): Threw in the unseeded section of the meet and recorded a mark of 12.73 meters;
Villanova Invitational (2/3): Came in 11th at the Wildcats home meet with a throw of 12.37 meters;
BIG EAST Championships (2/24): Recorded a season-best mark of 13.78 meters in the shot put and came in eighth at the conference meet ... Scored a team point towards the Wildcats winning the BIG EAST team title.
2021: Competed four times in the shot put and three times in the discus during the season … Surpassed 15 meters in the shot put in each of his competitions during the year;
Villanova Opener (3/19): Runner-up in the discus with a personal best mark of 44.55 meters in the season opener at Villanova;
Raleigh Relays (3/25): Competed in the shot put at North Carolina State and recorded a distance of 15.43 meters;
Virginia Challenge (4/17): Recorded a mark of 15.09 meters in the shot put;
Philadelphia Metropolitan Collegiate Invitational (4/24): Competed in both the shot put and the discus at Franklin Field during the traditional weekend of the Penn Relays … Runner-up in the shot put with a mark of 15.56 meters and came in 10
th in the discus with a throw of 38.86 meters;
Penn Twilight (5/1): Registered the best mark of his collegiate career in the shot put when he threw for a distance of 15.64 meters … Came in second in the competition and marked his second straight weekend increasing his top collegiate mark in his signature event;

th place finish in the discus at the conference meet with a threw of 33.00 meters.
2019: Recorded his top collegiate mark in the shot put at the BIG EAST Championships and scored team points with a fifth place finish ... Competed in the shot put at four meets during the season;
