Army West Point (2/6): In a road dual meet competed in the 500 meters and tallied a first place finish with a time of 1:05.36 ... Also ran the second leg of the 4x400 meter relay with a split of 51.02 for a Villanova team that came in second in the relay with a time of 3:20.98;
Villanova Indoor Meet (3/5): Finished first in the 400 meters with a time of 49.35 and came in third in the 200 meters in 22.78 at the Wildcats home meet in Staten Island.
2020: Helped the Wildcats win a BIG EAST title in the 4x400 meter relay and scored individual team points in the 400 meters at the conference meet ... Recorded a personal best mark in the 200 meters during the season ... Competed at five meets in all on the year;
Wesley A. Brown Invitational (1/18): Anchored the 4x400 meter relay to a winning time of 3:17.74 at Navy in his first meet of the season ... Recorded a split of 48.96 on the final leg of the relay ... Also came in third in the 500 meters with a time of 1:05.65 at the meet;
Dr. Sander Invitational/Columbia Challenge (1/25): Recorded a time of 49.24 in the 400 meters and finished 10th in the event ... Ran the third leg of the 4x400 relay with a split of 48.79 as Villanova came in eighth in the race with a time of 3:17.42;
Sykes & Sabock Challenge (2/8): Competed in the 200 meters at Penn State and finished ninth while registering a personal best time of 22.07;
FastTrack National Invitational (2/14): Recorded a time of 50.61 in the invitational section of the 400 meters;
BIG EAST Championships (3/1-3/2): Helped the Wildcats win their third straight indoor conference title ... Scored points in the 400 meters, finishing in sixth place in both the preliminary heats (48.94) and the final (48.96) ... Those times were his two fastest marks of the season ... Also ran the third leg of the 4x400 relay as Villanova closed out the meet by winning the relay in 3:12.51.
2019: Earned All-BIG EAST honors as part of the 4x400 meter relay ... During the season recorded personal best times in the 400 meters for both an open race and in a relay ... Scored individually in the 400 meters at the BIG EAST Championships ... Competed at three meets overall;
Wesley A. Brown Invitational (1/12): Runner-up in the 500 meters with a time of 1:04.67 at the indoor season opener ... Also ran the third leg of the 4x400 meter relay for a team that came in third with a time of 3:17.72 ... His split of 48.37 on his leg of the relay was a new personal best split;
FastTrack National Invitational (2/8): Tallied a time of 49.98 in the 400 meters and came in 11th in the invitational section of the event;
BIG EAST Championships (2/22-2/23): Part of a 4x400 relay team which came in third and earned All-BIG EAST honors ... Anchored the relay to a time of 3:14.53 and the third place finish ... Also placed sixth individually in the 400 meters and reocrded a personal best time of 48.78 in the final ... Had been in seventh place after a mark of 48.90 in the preliminary heats, then lowered his time by just over one-tenth of a second in the final ... The team points he scored contribued to the Wildcats winning their fifth BIG EAST team title in the last six seasons.
2018: Competed at five meets during the indoor season and raced at distances ranging from 60 meters through 500 meters;
Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/2): Ran in three races in his collegiate debut ... Came in 10th in the 60 meters with a time of 7.19 and was ninth in the 500 meters in 1:07.79 ... Also ran the second leg of the 4x400 meter relay in a lineup that placed third in 3:24.79;
Penn 8-Team Select (1/20): Finished seventh in the 400 meters with a time of 50.07 and tied for an 11th place finish in the 200 meters with a time of 22.83;
Columbia Challenge (1/26-1/27): Ran in both the unseeded and the seeded sections of the 400 meters ... Posted times of 50.22 and 50.55 in his two races at the meet;
Villanova Invitational (2/3): Came in 16th in the 60 meters in 7.26 and was 17th in the 200 meters with a time of 22.91;
FastTrack National Invite (2/9): Came in 17th in the 400 meters (50.54).
2021: Earned his eighth career All-BIG EAST honor as the anchor of the Wildcats lineup in the 4x400 meter relay at the conference meet … Also scored individually in the 400 meter hurdles … Raced at six meets during the season;
Raleigh Relays (3/26): Opened the outdoor campaign at North Carolina State and posted a time of 49.48 in the 400 meters;
Philadelphia Big 5 Meet (4/3): Tallied a first place finish in his first 400 meter hurdles race of the year and crossed the finish line with a winning time of 54.22;
Virginia Challenge (4/17): Came in sixth in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 53.01 and ran the second leg of the 4x400 meter relay for a team that finished in fourth place with a season-best time of 3:15.42;
Philadelphia Metropolitan Collegiate Invitational (4/24): Competed in the 400 meter hurdles and the 4x400 meter relay at Franklin Field on the traditional weekend of the Penn Relays … Recorded his best time of the season in the hurdles and won the race in 52.95 … Anchored the 4x400 relay with a split of 48.60 as Villanova came in fourth with a time of 3:17.34;
Penn Twilight (5/1): Tallied a first place finish in the hurdles with a winning time of 53.58 in his final tune-up before the BIG EAST Championships;
BIG EAST Championships (5/14-5/15): Notched a fourth place finish in the 400 meter hurdles in addition to anchoring the 4x400 meter relay to a third place finish and All-BIG EAST honors … The relay squad recorded a time of 3:15.59 to close out the meet … Posted a time of 53.25 in the preliminary heats of the 400 meter hurdles on the first day of the meet and came back to finish fourth in the final in 53.77.
2019: Continued the success he had as a freshman with a strong outdoor campaign ... Defended his BIG EAST title in the 400 meter hurdles, twice lowered his personal best time in the event and qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary meet for the first time in his career ... Earned All-BIG EAST honors as part of the 4x400 meter relay and was a contributor in both the 4x100 and 4x400 relays throughout the season ... Competed at six meets in all;
Penn Challenge (3/23): Tallied a first place finish in the 400 meter hurdles with a winning time of 54.22 at the outdoor season opener;
Florida Relays (3/29): Recorded a time of 53.64 in the 400 meter hurdles at the Florida meet;
Hurricane Alumni Invitational (4/13): Runner-up at Miami with a time of 53.29;
Penn Relays (4/26-4/27): Recorded the first of two personal best times during the season when he ran the 400 meter hurdles in 52.68 ... Lowered his previous top time by nearly half a second while winning his heat and finishing ninth overall out of 50 competitors ... Anchored the Wildcats lineup in the 4x400 meter relay for both the preliminary heats and the Eastern section final ... Closed the race with a split of 48.14 in the preliminaries as Villanova came in 20th out of 60 teams with a time of 3:14.13 ... The team then came in sixth in the Eastern final a day later in 3:18.37;
BIG EAST Championships (5/10 - 5/11): Won his second straight conference crown in the 400 meter hurdles and lowered his personal best time to 52.37 in the final ... That mark qualified him for the NCAA East Preliminary meet later in the month ... Also ran the third leg of the 4x100 meter relay and anchored the 4x400 relay which finished in third place and earned All-BIG EAST honors ... Ranked third in the field of competitors for the 400 meter hurdles after posting a time of 54.09 in the preliminary heats ... Came in first in the final to defend his 2018 title ... Anchored the 4x400 meter relay with a personal best split of 47.42 to help Villanova finish third with a time of 3:12.30 ... Ran the third leg of the 4x100 relay which posted a time of 42.46 ... His performances accounted for 12.75 points towards the Wildcats winning the team title and finishing off an indoor-outdoor sweep of the BIG EAST meets;
NCAA East Preliminary (5/23): Competed in the national first round heats of the 400 meter hurdles and finished 37th overall with a time of 52.53 ... Was ranked 48th entering the meet and beat his seed by 11 spots in his first career appearance at the East regional.
2018: Won a BIG EAST title in the 400 meter hurdles and also earned All-BIG EAST honors as part of the 4x400 meter relay ... Had a strong outdoor season in both the hurdles and the relays ... Competed at a total of seven meets during the year;
Penn Challenge (3/24): Came in fourth in the 400 meters with a personal best time of 49.56;
Florida Relays (3/31): Anchored the 4x400 meter relay to a fourth place finish and a time of 3:11.45 in the final heat at the Florida meet;
Colonial Relays (4/6): Placed 13th in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 54.79;
Temple Owls Invite (4/13): Ran the 400 meter hurdles and was the runner-up in the race with a time of 55.07;
War Eagle Invitational (4/21): Came in seventh in the 400 meter hurdles (55.11) and anchored the 4x400 meter relay squad to a second place finish with a time of 3:13.44;
Penn Relays (4/27-4/28): Competed in the 400 meter hurdles and recorded a time of 53.19 to finish 19th overall ... Also was a part of the team's 4x400 meter relay unit ... Ran the third leg of the relay with a split of 48.50 during the preliminary heats, with Villanova coming in 19th overall in 3:14.58 ... Ran the second leg of the relay in the Eastern section final, where the Wildcats were the runners-up in 3:13.14;
BIG EAST Championships (5/11-5/12): Won his first career conference title in the 400 meter hurdles ... Ran legs on the 4x400 meter relay which was also a BIG EAST champion and on the 4x100 meter relay which earned All-BIG EAST honors ... Posted a time of 54.32 in the preliminary heats of the hurdles and was ranked third going into the final ... Finished first in the final with a personal best time of 53.13 to capture the title ... Ran the second leg of the 4x400 meter relay and Villanova won the race with a time of 3:12.12 ... Ran the third leg of the 4x100 relay which came in third with a time of 41.60.
Bishop Shanahan High School: Competed for the track & field, soccer, ice hockey and basketball teams during his scholastic career ... Earned All-American, all-state, all-district and all-league honors, and graduated holding 12 school records.
