Four-time BIG EAST champion and five-time All-BIG EAST performer as part of Villanova relay teams at the conference championships ... 2020: Ran legs of the conference champion distance medley relay and 4x400 meter relay at the BIG EAST Championships ... Competed at three meets during the season and recorded a personal best time in the 500 meters; Wesley A. Brown Invitational (1/18): Runner-up in the 500 meters at Navy with a personal best time of 1:05.56 in his season debut ... Also ran the second leg of the 4x400 meter relay with a split of 50.13 for a team which won its race in 3:17.74; Dr. Sander Invitational/Columbia Challenge (1/25): Recorded a time of 50.97 in the 400 meters and ran the second leg of the 4x400 meter relay with a split of 50.54 as part of a lineup which came in eighth with a time of 3:17.42; BIG EAST Championships (3/1-3/2): Ran the 400 meter leg of the distance medley relay on the first day of the conference meet and helped Villanova win the conference title in the DMR with a time of 9:47.80 ... Also ran the second leg of the 4x400 meter relay a day later as the Wildcats won another relay championship while posting a winning time of 3:12.51 ... His efforts helped Villanova win its third consecutive indoor BIG EAST title.

2019: Was a BIG EAST champion as part of the Wildcats lineup in the distance medley relay at the conference championships; Competed at five meets during the season and recorded a personal best time in the 500 meters; Wesley A. Brown Invitational (1/12): Opened the indoor season by finishing sixth in the 500 meters and running the second leg of the 4x400 meter relay for a team which finished in third place ... His time of 1:06.40 in the 500 meters established a new personal best ... His team in the 4x400 relay came in third in 3:17.72, and he had a split of 50.52 on the second leg of the race; Dr. Sander Invitational/Columbia Challenge (1/26): Competed in the 400 meters and recorded a time of 51.09; Villanova Invitational (2/2): Ran the 800 meters at the Wildcats home meet and tallied a time of 2:10.09; FastTrack National Invitational (2/8): Tallied a season-best time of 50.83 in the 400 meters and notched a 13th place finish; BIG EAST Championships (2/22): Was part of a conference champion distance medley relay team for the second time in three years ... Ran the 400 meter leg of the relay and Villanova went on to win the BIG EAST title in the race with a winning time of 9:50.45 ... Had previously run the 400 meter leg of the DMR two years ago at the conference meet ... His contributions on the DMR helped Villanova win its fifth BIG EAST team title in the last six years.

2018: Competed in each of the first five meets of the season and primarily ran the 200 meters and the 400 meters; Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/2): Recorded a time of 1:08.26 in the 500 meters and tallied a 10th place finish in the race ... Also ran the second leg of the 4x400 meter relay in a lineup that came in seventh with a time of 3:30.25; Nittany Lion Challenge (1/13): Recorded a time of 51.56 and came in 18th in the 400 meters; Penn 8-Team Select (1/20): Recorded times of 23.65 in the 200 meters and 51.41 in the 400 meters; Columbia Challenge (1/26): Ran in the unseeded section of the 400 meters and recorded a time of 51.42; Villanova Invitational (2/3): Posted times of 23.36 in the 200 meters and 51.39 in the 400 meters at the Wildcats home meet.

2017: Was part of a BIG EAST title in the distance medley relay ... Competed at seven meets during the season; Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/3): Came in third in the 500 meters with a time of 1:08.06 and ran the third leg of the 4x400 meter relay for a team which finished second with a time of 3:23.28; Nittany Lion Challenge (1/14): Anchored the 4x400 meter relay squad to a fifth place finish and a time of 3:18.09 ... Also came in 14th individually in the 400 meters in 51.18; Gotham Cup (1/20): Posted times of 23.50 in the 200 meters and 50.99 in the 400 meters; Villanova Open (1/27): Led off the 4x400 meter relay and helped the Wildcats finish third in the race ith a time of 3:19.32 ... Also posted a time of 50.81 in the 400 meters; Villanova Invitational (2/4): Recorded a personal best time of 23.09 in the 200 meters and anchored the 4x400 meter relay squad to a first place finish with a winning time of 3:15.83; FastTrack National Invitational (2/10): Came in 24th in the 400 meters with a time of 50.97; BIG EAST Championships (2/24): Competed in two races on the first day of the conference meet ... Ran the 400 meter leg of the distance medley relay and was part of the Wildcats conference title in the event ... Villanova posted a winning time of 10:00.07 in the relay ... Also ran in the preliminary heats of the 400 meters and tallied a season-best time of 50.42.

2019: Scored a team point in the 400 meter hurdles at the BIG EAST Championships ... Ran six races in the event during the season and lowered his personal best time; Penn Challenge (3/23): Tallied a sixth place finish in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 56.62 at the outdoor season opener; Sam Howell Invitational (4/6): Came in seventh with a time of 55.36; Mason Spring Invitational (4/13): Notched a personal best time of 55.28 and came in fifth in the 400 meter hurdles at George Mason; Penn Relays (4/26): Recorded a time of 57.03 in the hurdles at the Penn Relays; BIG EAST Championships (5/10-5/11): Advanced to the final of the 400 meter hurdles and finished in eighth place to score a team point for the Wildcats ... Ranked eighth overall in the preliminary heats with a time of 55.97 and maintained that position with a time of 55.34 in the final ... Helped contribute to Villanova winning the BIG EAST team title and finishing off an indoor-outdoor sweep of the conference meets.

2018: Ran five races in the 400 meter hurdles during the season and competed in the event at the BIG EAST Championships; Penn Challenge (3/24): Came in fifth at the outdoor season opener with a time of 57.53; Colonial Relays (4/6): Recorded a time of 57.20 in the 400 meter hurdles; Temple Owls Invite (4/13): Came in seventh with a time of 58.45; Larry Ellis Invitational (4/21): Posted a time of 56.58 in the 400 meter hurdles; BIG EAST Championships (5/11): Came in ninth in the preliminary heats at the conference meet and registered a season-best time of 56.24.

2017: Earned All-BIG EAST honors in the 4x400 meter relay and also scored individually in the 400 meter hurdles at the conference meet; Penn Challenge (3/25): Opened the season with a 12th place finish in the 400 meters, in which he recorded a time of 50.99; Colonial Relays (3/31): Ran the 400 meter hurdles and placed 18th with a time of 56.21; Hurricane Alumni Invitational (4/8): Tallied a 15th place finish in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 56.58; Larry Ellis Invitational (4/22): Recorded a season-best time of 55.78 in the hurdles and tallied an 18th place finish; Penn Relays (4/28): Competed in the 400 meter hurdles and anchored the Wildcats lineup for the 4x400 meter relay ... Recorded a time of 56.84 in the hurdles ... Villanova recorded a time of 3:18.88 in the preliminary heats of the 4x400 meter relay; BIG EAST Championships (5/12-5/13): Ran the third leg of the 4x400 meter relay with a split of 50.28 to help Villanova finish third in the relay and earn All-BIG EAST honors ... Advanced to the final of the 400 meter hurdles and recorded a time of 57.20 to finish fifth overall ... Was also ranked fifth after posting a time of 56.05 in the preliminary heats of the hurdles.

Benet Academy: Earned four varsity letters as a goalkeeper on the soccer team, and three varsity letters in track & field competing in the sprints … As a senior qualified for the state meet in the 400 meters and finished in eighth place … Also was part of his school’s 4x400 meter relay team at the state championships … East Suburban Catholic Conference champion in the 4x400 meter relay as a senior, in addition to finishing as the conference runner-up in both the 400 meters and the 4x100 meter relay … Was the conference champion in the 400 meters as a junior … Two-time all-conference honoree in soccer and was named to the Suburban Life All-Area Soccer Team as a junior … Achieved First Honors status academically all four years … Two-year member of the National Honor Society.
